Has anyone heard of reptilian shapeshifters?

watching videos on youtube and came across a video supposedly showing proof. I'd never heard of it but when researching the topic just now I saw a story that that royal british family are all shapeshifters and had Princess Diana killed. I'm saying this is true or not. I don't know. What do you think.
