Hey Guys... or Gals... need some SIMPLE recipes for boneless chicken .?

I'm a single guy with limited cooking equipment (no oven or stove). I have a Crock -Pot, and electric fry pan, and a microwave. My repertoire in the kitchen is pretty-much limited to frying or ceroles.
