Hi, second user on computer wont connect to BT homehub unless main user signs in first?

my bt home hub wouldnt work their techies are rubbish i cancelled, i was sent a bill for �140 which i had to pay so i have a expensive bt hub that dont work bt never again EVER anyone want a bt hub ?
