Will my hemerroid start to go away again or did I mess it up badly?

I had a painfull external hemerroid but it started shrinking and going away recently. I was putting aloe vera on it and it seemed to be going away and wasn't even painfull anymore. Well last night I got severly constipated.. I have never been so constipated on my life. I ended up pushing so hard and putting so much pressure to get it out and I did get it out, but now my hemmeroid has come back 5 times worse then it was before, it is swollen and so sore, it hurts every second no matter what position I lay in.. I have severe pain in my bum and lower back and . I feel like my hole area from my waist down is going to explode any second. I have been in this pain now for about 12-13 hours. I have wiped witch hazel and aloe vera down there but I am still in very bad pain. I just don't know what to do. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks.. Anything I can do at home to releive the pain, I can't go to the doctor today.
