Broken sirius radio question?

hey everyone i got a sirius radio installed in my car from best buy a while back and its been working fine since of recently. it cant seem to pick up a signal anymore and i was wondering how i go about getting it fixed. i called the company and they said they cant really do anything. does anyone know the easiest/cheapest way for me to get it fixed im paying for the subscription and not getting anything
