How should i tell this boy i like him? should i even bother?

i've been crushing for a while now & its getting really out of hand .. from the dreams, to my heart beating faster and harder when he's around, thinking about him from the time my eyes open to the time they close ..he's my friend we're close and i tell him a lot ..we flirt a lot .. i catch him staring at me alot when i talk to other boys actually he stares at me a lot and then looks away .. his eyes are really hypnotizing ...i dont knw what to do ..he's a scorpio if that helps
