How to control adrenaline rushes during fights?
Ok, I'm just starting up a martial art; I'm trying my hand at Wing Chun Kung Fu and I may work myself into Tai Chi depending on how the schools seem in my area. Now, this may not be to do with Martial Arts per se as people tend to be able to control themselves in a sparring match, but when it comes to real life situation, where you're faced with someone who intends to hurt/attack you. As the question says, how do you learn how to control the adrenaline? Every time I've been in a fight I've been rushed with it and it's like a haze surrounding me, I can't control my actions and it's basically like instinct, on one hand I wont feel anything, yet on the other I can't think straight and my fighting is probably sloppy. Is it something that will fade off with experience or can you be trained to avoid the situation. Thanks.
