Is it ok to starve yourself?

starving yourself screws up your metabolism. Believe it or not, it is much better to eat 6 small meals a day, not over your calorie limit, because your body actually burns calories when digesting food. You will lose weight faster by working out and getting enough protein. If you starve yourself, you are only becoming unhealthy and not giving your muscles and your body the nutrients they need.
