Looking for Good, Uncrowded Day tour operator to Phi Phi, James Bond Island, Maya & Monkey Bay fm Phuket?

Could any body advise budgetory, comfortable & reputed tour operator in Phuket who provides day speed boat cruise to Phi Phi Island & its surroundings. We can find many on internet, some charging very high claiming they have new boat, give personal attention & do not allow over crowding.......I am travelling with family of 2 adults and 2 kids under 12 years and seeking an operator who guide & pay one to one attention on tour within affordable budget....The internet study reveals that we do not get a good tour operator less than 3,000 THB / adult......what do u say? Thankssssssssssss
