Out of body experience question?

Funny you should ask this as I am currently deep into a book on Astral travelling/projection. I have never had an OBE myself but since reading this book and taking on board all of the practices, I have dreamt vividly every night, which is unusual for me. I have a theory that my dreams are actually OBE's while asleep and I understand that this is one course of thinking in astral travelling. I am keeping an open mind though but remain fascinated ...
