Unfair Copywrite? (MCR fans only)?

Okay some of you may have herd of the music downloading site mp3ninja.com we'll one of my friends told me that the new MCR song "Untiteld/Stay" was on there and I did notr belive her because that would be illigle to copy a song that has'nt been recorded to sell. So the point i'm trying to make is that MCR spent a long time writting a song and now some other website is selling it under mcr's name and taking all the money they make for themselves. If ur a true MCR fan you would agree and not go out aND BUY IT. But what do you think about this?
