"N" word, and Black College Funds?

Why is it that on so many shows, recorded movies and such that African-Americans call each other the "N" word and laugh about it, but when anyone else uses the word, they flip out over it? Why are there commercials for Black College Fund donations, yet never for a Asian, or a white college fund? If you were born in America, doesn't that make you an American period? Many people are Asian-American, Norwegian-American, German-American, don't they get to get treated special? Our for father's may not have been slaves, maybe they were POW's fighting for this country, or caught up in the Holocaust and maybe some were slaves, but they all went through that so we could all be free today. Does anyone really have the right to hold what happened to any of our forefather's over our heads as a crutch to whine about everything happening to us today?
